This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to submit your verification documents for the 2023-24 award year is quickly approaching.

Please ensure that all required documentation is submitted by August 30, 2024 in Patriot Forms.

Additionally, we want to remind you of an important update regarding our verification documentation submission process:

Patriot Forms Discontinuation: Patriot Forms will be discontinued as our method of verification documentation submission.
New Submission Platform: All future verification documentation must be submitted through Dynamic Forms.

If you have already started your 2024-25 verification process in Patriot Forms, please be aware that this process must be finalized by September 15, 2024. After this date, if your verification is not completed, you will need to resubmit all your documentation through the Dynamic Forms System.

The last day the Office of Student Financial Aid processes summer loans for the 2023-24 aid year is August 9, 2024. Students who want to receive Direct loans should accept their summer loans no later than 11:59 p.m. on August 7, 2024.

The enrollment freeze date for the fall 2024 semester is September 18, 2024.

After this date, no adjustments or increases will be made to your financial aid unless it is to correct an over-award situation, and all financial aid payments will be final with the exception of any Part of Term classes that begin later in the semester. Dropping a Part of Term course that begins later may result in a reduction of your aid. If you completely drop or withdraw from all your classes at any point, the Financial Aid Office will determine how much aid you can keep and how much has to be returned to the U.S. Department of Education. This is called a Return to Title IV calculation.

The enrollment freeze date for the summer 2024 semester is July 16, 2024.

Dropping a Part of Term course that begins later may result in a reduction of your aid. If you completely drop or withdraw from all your classes at any point, the Financial Aid Office will determine how much aid you can keep and how much has to be returned to the U.S. Department of Education. This is called a Return to Title IV calculation.

After this date, no adjustments or increases will be made to your financial aid unless it is to correct an over-award situation, and all financial aid payments will be final, with the exception of any Part of Term classes that begin later in the semester. Dropping a Part of Term course that begins later may result in a reduction of your aid.

If you completely drop or withdraw from all your classes at ANY point, the Financial Aid Office will determine how much aid you can keep and how much has to be returned to the US Department of Education. This is called a Return to Title IV calculation.
