Still tapping our toes, the Center for the Arts looks back on SW!NG OUT's time within the community, ÑÇÖÞAV, and the Center.ÌýAs anÌý,ÌýSW!NG OUTÌýcompany members engaged with local swing dance groups, area students, Hylton Performing Arts Center’sÌý, and community members to share the history of swing and Lindy Hop—and get dancing too! After a wonderful collection of community activities,ÌýSW!NG OUTÌýconcluded its time at ÑÇÖÞAV with its highly anticipated performance at the Center for the Arts onÌýMarch 19.
A highlight of the evening was the program's incredible conclusion that invited audience members to get up and "swing it out"! Joining SW!NG OUT on and off the Center's stage, audience members danced alongside the company with friends and family, creating one spectacular jam session. SW!NG OUT will be remembered for years to come with their enthusiasm, engagement, and swingin' fun!Ìý
