Summer Plaza Programming at Mason Square

Ìýhosts dynamic weekly programming and ongoing special events, open to the Mason and greater Arlington communities. All activities are free and open to the public.ÌýÌý

Faculty/Staff Bike Commuter Choice

Do you live within a few miles of campus and think biking to work could be good for your well-being? All faculty and staff (non-student) are eligible to participate in the Bike Commuter Choice Program. Ìý

The program has four tiers of support. The more you ride, the greater the financial incentive. The introductory tier is just five rides per quarter. For details, visit and select the Faculty/Staff Bike Commuter Choice Program.Ìý

Kritikos Anti-Racist Reading Group

The College of Visual and Performing Arts welcomes the Mason community to theÌý, which meets on Fridays from 1–2:30 p.m. on Zoom.Ìý

The group holds a commitment to relationship-building, awareness, reimagining, transformation, and action around anti-racist practices, racial justice, the creation of conversations, as well as systems of compassion and healing. The group continues to focus on anti-Black racism and its effects on society.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý

Join the meeting onÌýFriday, June 23, from 1-2:30 p.m. for the following topic: “The Roll Back: Then, Again and Now Materials." Weekly summer meetings will occur through August 4. This event is free and open to the public.Ìý


Mason Exhibitions: 'Edges of What I Feel'Ìý

Mason Exhibitions Arlington presentsÌý, an exhibit that challenges the viewer to confront and embrace uncomfortable realities about mental and physical health. The exhibition features the work of the Healing Artist Collective and is open through August 26.ÌýÌý

Pied Piper Theatre presents Disney Descendants: The Musical, based on the popular Disney Channel original movie. Imprisoned on the Isle of the Lost, the teenage children of Maleficent, Evil Queen, Jafar, and Cruella De Vil have never ventured off this island—until now, when the four troublemakers are sent off to attend prep school alongside the children of beloved Disney heroes. They have a difficult choice to make; should they follow in their parents' wicked footsteps, or learn to be good?
