High School Graduations at EagleBank ArenaÌýÌý
Heavy traffic is expected on and around ÑÇÖÞAV’s Fairfax Campus for regional high school graduation ceremonies atÌýEagleBank ArenaÌýfrom May 29 through June 18.ÌýÌý
EagleBank Arena will host up to three ceremonies on many days, so traffic will be entering and exiting campus from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. Please allow extra travel time on and around campus.Ìý.ÌýÌý
George Mason faculty, staff, and students are advised to use the general permit area of the Rappahannock Parking Deck or the Field House parking lots to avoid delays. Shenandoah Parking Deck (levels 4 and 5) will be open for limited overflow student, employee, and event parking on weekdays when graduations occur.ÌýÌý
Parking Lot Paving and Closures on the Fairfax CampusÌýÌýÌý
This summer, parking areas on the Fairfax Campus will be milled, paved, and striped. The schedule is subject to change based on weather and existing conditions. Signage about closures will be posted at parking lot entrances.Ìý.ÌýÌýÌý
MESA to M365 Migration UpdateÌý
Information Technology Services (ITS) is migrating the current enterprise file storage system, MESA M: Drive, to Microsoft 365 (M365) by Sunday, June 30. Ìý
As a reminder, a survey has been sent to all shared drive administrators that will inform their department’s migration experience. If the survey is not completed by Friday, June 14, ITS will automatically migrate the department’s data to M365. Ìý
To provide additional support, ITS is holding weekly office hours and training via the Collaboration Collective MS Team – MESA Migration Project channel. Join the space for dates and times of the next session. For project details, visit the Ìý

Prospective Staff Senator Information Session
Ever wondered what it is like to serve on the Staff Senate? Have a general interest in how the senate sets and achieves its goals? Want to learn about how the university functions from a new perspective, contribute to the well-being of your colleagues, and network across departments?ÌýÌýÌý
The Staff Senate will host an for Mason classified and non-student wage staff interested in learning about the nomination and election process and the work of the senate. Attendees will learn about the structure of the senate, how its committees work, the time commitment expected of senators, and have a Q&A with current representatives.ÌýÌýÌý

Nano Boot Camp
Nano Boot Camp is a chance to explore a career in nanofabrication. Participants will gain entry-level skills that can open new doors in the tech field and lead to potential immediate employment. In this week-long workshop, participants will gain experience with cutting-edge clean room equipment, become knowledgeable about principles used to build devices, meet potential employers, and learn about additional programs. Mason Exhibitions is pleased to presentÌýÌýat Mason Exhibitions Arlington until August 24. The exhibit presents artistic responses to war through the works of 13 contemporary Ukrainian artists. Through photography, video, painting, sculpture, and installation, these artists explore critical issues on the fault lines of conflict. Their works initiate a dialogue between viewers and the profound realities of conflict, encouraging and modeling resilience in the face of adversity.
