Biography

Dr. Cantiello, Professor and Coordinator of the Online Undergraduate Program in Health Administration, teaches and advises students in the Health Administration undergraduate and graduate programs. His research interests include health insurance coverage, access to and coordination of health services, underserved populations, the scholarship of teaching and learning, and online education. He is co-editor of the textbook Managing Integrated Health Systems.ÌýÌý Ìý

Dr. Cantiello's experience in the healthcare field includes administrative work in medical facilities and hospitals, operations management consulting for the Orange County Health Department, research assistant work for the Florida Center for Nursing, and health agency site evaluator work with the Florida Hospital Center for Health Futures. In 2024, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) selected Dr. Cantiello as a fellow.ÌýÌýÌý
