Biography
Jinyuan (Stephanie) Song is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Costello College of Business, ÑÇÖÞAV. She teaches Advanced Business Models and Introduction to Entrepreneurship.
Stephanie’s main research interests rest at the intersection of strategic leadership, competitive analysis, and social networks. In particular, she studies the effects of language in competition, and how executives’ characteristics (e.g., human and social capital) affect firms’ decision-making and engagement with competitors in the new competitive landscape.
Stephanie holds a Ph.D. in Management from Penn State University, an MBA from Yale University, and undergraduate degrees from Peking University with double majors in International Relations and Economics. She has worked at PwC, Fleishman-Hillard, and the United Nations Department of Field Support. She also has start-up experience in the industries of online social networking and education
