Biography
Dr. Sarah Wittman, Assistant Professor of Management at 亚洲AV鈥檚 Costello College of Business, holds a PhD in Organizational Behaviour (INSEAD), a Master鈥檚 degree in Comunicaci贸n Pol铆tica y Corporativa (Universidad de Navarra-George Washington University), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Simon Fraser University). Her research explores people鈥檚 transitions within, across, and beyond organizational boundaries; their organizational impacts; and the social, technological, and learning support systems that can help make these comings and goings more personally and organizationally successful. Her work has been published in the聽Oxford Handbook of Leadership and Organizations,听Academy of Management Review, and聽Academy of Management Annals.聽Her practitioner-oriented work has been featured in聽Business Insider, and聽business.com. She chairs the Steering Committee of the multi-disciplinary Transitions Research Group. A Montana native with a Spanish Basque husband and three French-born sons, Wittman spends most of her free time in multicultural negotiations and diversity training.
