On November 14, 2024, President Biden to nominateÌýÌýto the Board of Directors for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB). The CPB’s board members are nominated by the President of the United States and confirmed by the U.S. Senate. Members terms run for six years.

White is the executive director of the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State at the Antonin Scalia Law School of ÑÇÖÞAV. In addition to his role at Scalia Law, he holds the Laurence Silberman Chair in Constitutional Governance and is a Senior Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI).

White is also a Senior Fellow at the Administrative Conference of the United States. In 2021, he was appointed to the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States. Prior to his current roles, White clerked for Judge David Sentelle of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and practiced constitutional and regulatory law in Washington.Ìý
